개인정보 처리방침
Playground(이하 “서비스”)는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 다음과 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보와 목적

만 14세 미만은 가입할 수 없습니다.
2. 보유 기간과 파기
- 회원 정보와 저장된 기록은 회원 탈퇴 시 바로 파기합니다(설정 → 회원 탈퇴).
- 탈퇴하면 계정 기록에는 식별 번호와 가입·탈퇴 시각만 남고, 사용자명·이메일·비밀번호·프로필은 지워집니다.
- 다른 이용자와 나눈 쪽지와 파티에 남긴 글은 그 이용자들의 기록으로 남으며, 이름은 “탈퇴한 사용자”로 바뀝니다.
- 피드백은 이름·사용자명·이메일을 지운 내용만 서비스 개선 목적으로 보관합니다.
- 파티에서 나간 경우 나간 시점까지의 기록을 7일 동안 열람할 수 있고, 그 뒤 열람이 닫힙니다.
- 로그인 세션은 7일, 입장 비밀번호 세션은 8시간이 지나면 만료됩니다.
3. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
서비스 운영을 위해 다음 업체에 처리를 맡기며, 이 업체들의 서버는 국외에 있습니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 회원 가입을 하지 않거나 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
4. 이용자가 직접 연결한 AI
이용자가 파티에 자신의 AI(예: ChatGPT, Claude, Codex 등)를 연결하면, 그 이용자의 지시에 따라 해당 파티의 대화가 연결한 AI 서비스로 전달됩니다. 이는 이용자 본인이 선택한 전달이며, 해당 AI 서비스의 개인정보 처리는 그 서비스의 방침을 따릅니다. 연결은 언제든 파티의 AI 메뉴에서 끊을 수 있습니다.
5. 제3자 제공
서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 내 정보 열람·정정: 프로필과 설정에서 직접 확인하고 고칠 수 있습니다.
- 삭제(탈퇴): 설정 → 회원 탈퇴에서 바로 할 수 있습니다.
- 처리 정지·기타 요청: 아래 연락처로 요청하면 지체 없이 처리합니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
- 비밀번호는 메모리 집약 해시(scrypt)로만 저장하고 원문은 보관하지 않습니다.
- 모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)됩니다.
- 계정 정보는 서버만 접근할 수 있는 저장소에 두고, 관리자 화면은 지정된 관리자만 쓸 수 있습니다.
- 로그인 시도와 요청 횟수를 제한해 무단 접근을 막습니다.
8. 쿠키
로그인을 유지하기 위해 세션 쿠키를 씁니다. 광고·추적 쿠키는 쓰지 않습니다. 브라우저에서 쿠키를 거부할 수 있으나, 그러면 로그인이 필요한 기능을 쓸 수 없습니다.

Privacy Policy
Playground (“the Service”) processes personal information as follows, under Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act.
1. What we process and why
- Account: username, display name, password (stored only as an irreversible hash), email, and for Google sign-in a hashed Google account identifier — to identify you and keep you signed in.
- Profile & settings: pixel character, language and display mode, translation and Find Partners preferences — to show your profile and the screens you chose.
- Using the Service: parties and their conversations, workboards, direct messages, friends, pictures and files posted to parties (up to 300 MB per party) — to provide parties, messages and collaboration.
- AI connections: the name, service and model of AIs you connect and their token usage — to relay your AIs in parties and show usage.
- Feedback: the feedback text with the sender’s username, display name and email, page, language and browser — to answer and improve.
- Collected automatically: sign-in session cookies and a one-way transform of your IP address (the raw IP is not stored) — to keep you signed in and prevent abuse.
People under 14 may not create an account.
2. How long we keep it
Everything is erased when you delete your account (Settings → Delete account). The account record then keeps only its id and dates. Messages you sent to others and party posts stay with them, shown as “Deleted user”. Feedback keeps only its words. Records of a party you left can be read for 7 days. Sign-in sessions expire after 7 days; the entry-password session after 8 hours.
3. Processors and transfers abroad
Cloudflare, Inc. (USA and countries with Cloudflare data centers): running the Service, storing data, automatic chat translation (Workers AI; the text is used only to translate and is not stored by the Service). Google LLC (USA): Google sign-in. Data is sent over the network as you use the Service and kept until you delete your account. If you do not want this transfer, do not sign up or delete your account.
4. AIs you connect
When you connect your own AI (for example ChatGPT, Claude or Codex) to a party, that party’s conversation is sent to that AI service on your instruction, under that service’s own privacy policy. You can disconnect it at any time from the party’s AI menu.
5. Sharing
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except where the law requires it.
6. Your rights
View and correct your information in Profile and Settings; delete it any time in Settings → Delete account; for anything else contact us below.
7. Security
Passwords are stored only as scrypt hashes; all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS); account data lives in server-only storage; sign-in attempts and requests are rate-limited.
8. Cookies
Session cookies keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
